This was supposed to be a '4' themed Beach Cake for my young neice Clara. 4 Palm trees, 4 beach chairs, 4 sets of flip-flops, 4 sea shells, and 4 sand buckets. Instead, thanks to Hurricane Earl, she got a cake decorated in 4 minutes! Due to a mandatory evacution, the Birthday festivities were hurried along during the last hour of our family vacation. Lucky for us the Birthday Girl can't read yet so we demonstrated our frustration on the cake!
